How It Works

Getting Started

Getting your dog started is straightforward, and we keep you in the loop at every stage.

Send an Inquiry

Submit the new client request form and tell us about your dog.

Say Hello

We meet you and your dog before anything is booked. It is a chance for us to see how they do with new people, and for you to ask whatever you want to ask.

Find Your Days

Once we know your dog is a good fit for the group, we sort out which days work for you and where you land on the pickup route.

Out to the Ranch

We handle pickup and drop-off. Your dog gets roughly two hours off leash on ten fenced acres, and comes home tired.
Pickup & Drop-Off

From Santa Clara
to Burlingame

Transportation is included. No need to rearrange your morning or leave work early. We come to you, bring your dog out to the ranch, and have them back home the same day. If you are not sure whether your street is on the route, just ask.
